About Jayne

Jayne is an Adult Educator who specializes in helping international professionals realize their full potential. She focuses on leadership development by clarifying future goals and then building a program that includes communication skills, cultural awareness and language depth. Each program is customized to the participant’s desired outcomes and existing strengths, thereby ensuring fast and effective change.

With extensive experience in leadership, Jayne has held positions such as Director of Pedagogy, Program Director and ESL Coordinator providing individuals and companies with language, leadership and corporate training services. She has worked extensively with Toronto-based companies, as well as clients in Colombia, China and Japan, specializing in Higher Education, Health Care, Social Service, Technology and Finance.

Jayne has a Master’s in Adult Education degree from the University of Toronto as well as a Certificate in Solutions Focused Brief Coaching, from Ontario Institute for Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto (OISE/UT).

Jayne has also completed the Brief International SFBT Crash Course and the Solution Focused Brief Therapy Online Intensive Certification Course, both in 2020.


About Monika

Monika is an Organizational Development Consultant specializing in Education and Technology at AlphaPlus. She helps adult education organizations use technology to impact learner outcomes, improve business practices and strengthen program delivery through increased digital literacy skills.

Monika brings years of experience in project management, applied educational technologies, communications and social media platforms to her work.

A lifelong learner, Monika is often found exploring new tools and taking online courses, including her most recent educational pursuit – becoming a certified Google Apps Suite trainer.

Monika has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in Finance from Ryerson University, and has completed the Adult Learning and Development program as well as a Certificate in Solutions Focused Brief Coaching at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto (OISE/UT).

The emphasis is on what’s already working so we offer a practical route away from a blame culture.
