8-week Solution Focused Coaching Program

Develop a new approach to having a better life. Utilize the Solution Focused Brief Coaching approach to learn strategies for recognizing and describing the type of future you would like to have. Draw on your existing strengths and resources to move things forward.

  • Monday evenings – 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
  • Offered on Zoom
  • 6 group sessions (90 minutes)
  • 2 individual coaching sessions (60 minutes)
  • Maximum number of participants – 8 people
  • Certificate of completion

Register now and pay via e-transfer to after you sign up. 



In small group sessions, connect with others, and engage in group discussions and breakout rooms.
In one-to one sessions, work with a qualified coach to explore your personal plans for the future.
Additional activities and resources support and enrich the overall program, and include a private Facebook group, readings, videos, etc.


1. Your fine future

September 14, 2020 at 7 pm

Create a sense of possibilities by identifying your Best Hopes for your future. Through a guided exercise, clarify what difference your Best Hopes can bring to how you live your life on a daily basis. Begin noticing changes tomorrow.

2. Being at your best

September 21, 2020 at 7 pm

Suppose tomorrow, you wake up feeling at your best. What would be the first thing you notice? In this session, you’ll have a chance to describe the many subtle, regular things you can notice on such a day. Minor shifts in perspective can cause major chanages.

3. Drawing on your existing strengths and resources

September 28, 2020 at 7 pm

Knowing, in detail, what you are already capable of, can be surprising, and satisfying. It can also be useful for understanding yourself, and confidently moving forward, taking on new challenges. Take the time to notice all you can bring to a situation or role.

4. Creating better relationships

October 5, 2020 at 7 pm

By focusing on what you value and respect about someone, you can change how you feel about the relationship and the person. This change can even impact how others behave towards you. Notice how things can become easier.

5. Making those important decisions

October 12, 2020 at 7 pm

Discovering that a decision making state-of-mind makes all decisions making easy. Begin by establishing what really matters to you and what you’ll notice when you get things right.

6. Using Solution Focused strategies in your life

October 19, 2020 at 7 pm

Review the SF strategies used in this program to ensure they are available to you when you need them most. Best Hopes, Preferred Future, Scaling, Lists, can all be applied in your life as you realize your fine future.
